Question - My continuous ink system was working perfect then all of the sudden the cartridge says its needs replaced....
This is normal, once your ink cartridges run out they need to be reset, to reset the ink cartridges go through the process of changing ink cartridges, take out all 6 inks and turn off printer for 60 seconds. Then turn on the printer and go through the process of installing the inks. Usually this will work first time but if not repeat the process as sometimes when one ink fills up another will empty.
