TFT/LCD Warranty information
Posted by Dale 3000rpm.com on 27 July 2009 03:43 PM
A lot of TFT monitors we have sold come with an onsite or swap-out-warranty with the manufacturer or through a warranty company.  If you contact the manufacturer or the warranty company they will arrange the replacment of the monitor.  Some will deliver a new monitor and take the faulty one away, others will collect and repair.  After the first 28 days from purchase we ask all customers to use the manufacturers warranty as they offer a lot quicker turn around than if 3000rpm deals with the repair or replacment.

If you require the warranty number from us for a certain brand we have sold in the past please contact us and we will try the best to answer you as soon as possible.  Another tip is to search in google.com for the name of the company e.g "Yaraku monitor warranty" and usually the numbers will appear in the search results.
